Sucks, since I love Stepmania.Īlso, how on earth do people get this good at rhythm games?Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 15:15:01 2012 No.9783880 Lately my hand has been starting to hurt after a while of playing, and I don't think I can really keep playing like this. Its less likely you will hit an extreme combo or something dancing than just tapping your fingersĪnonymous Wed Sep 26 15:12:32 2012 No.9783867Īre you supposed to use the arrow keys or bind them to 1-2-3-4?Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 15:14:16 2012 No.9783875 What was the name of that arcade with Pump it UP and DDR Arrows?.Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 15:01:02 2012 No.9783818 They're in a much more "natural" position and can be integrated with the rhythm way better. I wish people would use Pump it UP arrows instead of DDR ones. What makes it so much easier than keyboard?Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 15:01:47 2012 No.9783817 Or google search for Spootybiscuit's Gensokyo Holiday/Voyage/Daydream for some more good full charted pad packs.Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:59:45 2012 No.9783808 įor good touhou pad packs, google "gpop touhou pad packs", that should provide a shitton of links to get stuff from. of course you fail hard at keyboarders of standard difficulty, find some pad pack to start off and once you can beat the pad songs on challenge, you can think of even approaching a keyboard pack. Why do i have a feeling you are trying to start playing with using true keyboard simfiles. It would be an easy chance to collaborate, since there are a lot of different things that need to be done (song choices, steps, backgrounds, banners, videos).Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:52:00 2012 No.9783769 Why haven't we made a /jp/ simfile pack yet? We could include our favorite Touhou/denpa/doujin songs (and the various /jp/-original tracks). Some dupes, mix of genres, some iosys and stuff, generally good packsĪnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:33:58 2012 No.9783670 It's exactly the kind of music DDR/StepMania works well with.Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:30:28 2012 No.9783652 Really, someone needs to compile a denpa pack if there isn't one already. Some of their Touhou songs are in the Touhou packs. It's completely impossible for someones fingers to do that shit unless they're experts, that should have been at the very least hard difficulty.Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:28:27 2012 No.9783640 I tried it on normal once, and it was absolutely ridicolous. This is easily my favorite music game and news of these updates bring glad tidings.Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:26:28 2012 No.9783628Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:28:27 2012 No.9783639 , Flash Flash Revolution, Otaku's Dream, etc. There are a few small but very active communities. Holy shit, do my eyes deceive me? An actual stepmania thread? I thought support for this game was long gone!!ĭo people still make simfile packs for this game? With recent music?Īnonymous Wed Sep 26 14:00:54 2012 No.9783492 Its an overall killing machine for me, helping me destroy Dan 9 with just a few weeks over 1 year of Rhythm game experience.File: 105 KB, 1024x768, please_respond.jpg I also used an 02Jam theme for the 7key, since O2JAM rocks. I use green arrows as default for this skin, but I have created almost 10 note variations for you guys to try out if green is not for you! You cant really see the accuracy and combo well when you click on your scores, but when you finish a song, you can scroll down and it will stay. With putting so much time in, I have put the accuracy in the middle of the screen, but this gave me some problems with the score result screen so I moved it all down in the screen. This skin is very unique due to the fact that I spent many hours working the accuracy, and score result screen. It has many extra folders with lovely variations of stepmania arrows, including a few from Stepmania itself! This skin was created off of a basic arrow skin about 1 year ago, and I've put well over 200 hours into it. Before I get into this please understand that you must be using Fullscreen for this skin, for it will be extremely scary to use without.
